Restaurant Entrepreneur Certificate of Specialization
Certificate of Specialization: Restaurant
Entrepreneur
This program responds to the large number of students
that are currently requesting a limited number of courses
specifically targeted to preparing them to open up their
own restaurant.
Certificate Student Learning Outcome:
Students will be able to demonstrate proficiency in the
core entrepreneur skills and knowledge required for
employment in the restaurant industry.
