Introduction
Welcome to your note-taking guided learning activity. Note-taking is an important skill for you to master early on in your college education. You should be taking notes in all your classes to ensure you have all the information you need to do your homework and pass your exams. This activity will focus on one method of note-taking, the Cornell Method. The Cornell note-taking system is designed to help keep your notes organized and make note-taking an active process. It will allow you to interact with your notes and make it an active process. When you are actively taking notes, you are thinking about the concepts being presented.
