Workshop Model
In order to be classified as an Adjunct Associate Instructor, an individual needs to satisfy the following three requirements:

1. Completion of a Teaching Skills Workshop (TSW)

2. Completion of the Advanced Teaching Workshop (ATW)

3. Completion of a Reflection on Classroom Teaching (RCT)
