Unless otherwise noted, business meetings begin with a closed session at 4 p.m. and open session at 5 p.m. All open sessions are open to the gotopublic. Meetings are typically held on Wednesday. * NOTE: During the year, the Board of Trustees will attempt to schedule joint meetings with the Associated Student Government, the Governing Board of the Wm. S. Hart Union High School District, Santa Clarita City Council, and the COC Foundation Board of Directors. These dates have been set aside so we can calendar joint meetings based on the availability of each of these organizations. As we get closer to each date and solidify plans, the schedule will be updated.
MEETING LOCATION – Meetings are held in Room 137 of Hasley Hall at College of the Canyons, 26455 Rockwell Canyon Road in Santa Clarita, unless otherwise noted on the meeting agenda. map
MEETING TIME – Business meetings begin at 5 p.m. with a closed session. Open sessions begin at 6:30 p.m. Times are subject to change, especially for special meetings, so please check the appropriate agenda.
WHO MAY ATTEND – The public is always welcome to attend open sessions of the board. The public may not attend closed sessions, whose topics are limited to those set forth by state law.
