What kind of  training will I receive at College of the Canyons?
College of the Canyons offers an associate degree in architectural drafting, a certificate of achievement, and a certificate of specialization in computer aided design and drafting. Students prepare a portfolio of work for transfer to 4 or 5 year architecture programs. The program also provides students with entry level skills and knowledge in AutoCAD and REVIT generated 2D and 3D drawings. Students are trained in sustainable design practices related LEED Certified structures.

Architectural drafters prepare detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures according to specifications provided by the architect.
