The California Education Code requires CWEE students to attend an in-person consultation with their faculty advisor to approve learning objectives which must include:
New or expanded on-the-job measurable responsibilities or learning objectives beyond those experienced during previous employment.

Students must bring following to the meeting:
• Workplace Project Agreement form completed as follows:
· Project must be written on the form
· Form must be signed and dated by the student and the employer
