This is a copy of the required timesheet, which we need to verify your hours; it must be completed and signed by you and your supervisor.

This is a copy of the required "Workplace Project Agreement" form. If you choose to use a downloaded Workplace Project Agreement Form in place of the NCR version provided at the information meeting, you should photocopy the signed form allowing one copy for your faculty and one for your records.
