College of the Canyons, in partnership with The Signal and KHTS AM 1220, invite you to participate in the Spring 2016 Job & Career Fair(s). Each spring we host a fair at the Valencia and Canyon Country campuses. The events are widely promoted throughout the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas, as well as social media outlets. The recruitment events are open to COC students and the community so you can expect a large and diverse group of individuals from all skill levels and backgrounds.
These events are designed for employers to recruit current paid job opportunities only. Any start up-fees, training fees, kit/material fees, finger printing/background check fees, etc. MUST be clearly stated on your table and on handouts.
Wednesday, April 20, 2016, 10am – 2pm
Location: Small Gym (EPEK)
This is an indoor event
Limited to 90 employers
Registration Fee:  $85, non-refundable
Fee includes 1 table, 2 chairs, and LUNCH for two
Wednesday, May 4, 2016, 10am – 1pm
Location: Cougar Way
This is an outdoor event (canopies provided)
Limited to 50 employers
Registration Fee:  $65, non-refundable
Fee includes 1 table, 2 chairs, and LUNCH for two
Virtual Job Fair: At both Job Fairs, KHTS AM 1220 will host a “Virtual Job Fair” for those businesses that cannot attend in person.

·         You will be directed to the “Employer Login”
·         If you registered for a job fair in the past or have posted a job opportunity, you already have a login and password. If not, select “Click here to register” located at the bottom of the page
·         Once you have logged in, select “Career Fairs and Events” then “Career Fair.” Select the fair(s) you want to attend and “Register Now”
·         In the “Positions Available” field, list the job titles you plan to promote. This will help us with target marketing efforts
·         You will receive a confirmation email with event information and an invoice
