Day 1: Make Parisian Croissant Dough, European Danish Dough
Learn how to make doughs from scratch and complete ‘turns’ on your doughs.
Day 2: Proofing and Shaping your doughs, and finishing and Baking off your homemade
Croissants and Danishes
Participants should be prepared to take home A LOT of delicious pastries!
workshops are for ages 13 and up (minors must be accompanied by an enrolled parent / guardian).
