In this hands-on workshop we will be learning how to make different flavors of French Macarons. Recipes include 2-3 different Macarons with plenty to take home. We will be working in teams of 2 and practicing mixing, piping and filling techniques. This is a GLUTEN FREE dessert workshop!!

In this hands-on workshop we will be learning how to make different Pate a Choux Pastries, including Eclairs and Cream Puffs, as well as Pastry Cream filling and Ganache for decorating.

Bring you Mom or bake for Mom in this hands-on workshop. We will be learning how to make different desserts to serve at your Mother's Day Brunch celebrations including a Fruit Tart and scones!!
