Come learn how to make a couple varieties of pies for your fourth of july celebrations and summer BBQ’s! In this 2.5 hour hands on workshop we will be making at least 2 pies for you to take home for your summer festivities. First we will start off with making basic pie dough and then the fillings/components. We will be making Key Lime Pie with a Graham Cracker Crust and a Berry Pie with lattice Crust.
In this hands-on class we will be making laminated doughs from scratch!
Day 1: Make Parisian Croissant Dough, European Danish Dough
Learn how to make doughs from scratch and complete ‘turns’ on your doughs.
Day 2: Proofing and Shaping your doughs, and finishing and Baking off your homemade
Croissants and Danishes
Participants should be prepared to take home A LOT of delicious pastries!
