What is Weekend College?
The Weekend College program provides students the opportunity to take general education classes as part of an accelerated weekend learning community. Participating students will benefit from student support and advising, regular contact from college staff to gauge academic progress, cohort-specific activities such as meals and orientations, and other customized services designed to promote academic success.
It is recommended that students enroll in a minimum of two courses from the Weekend College Schedule of Classes each semester. Students who enroll as full-time may be able to complete all general education requirements for an associate's degree in one year, including portions of the CSU and UC system transfer requirements.
