1. Follow the directions for posting a message. 

2. Before clicking “submit,” make sure you have your attachment saved as a file on your computer or disk. Click the “browse” button. This will open a new window. Find your file and attach it, usually by clicking “open.” The title of the file will appear in the Browse window of  your discussion thread.

3. Now click “submit.” The file will appear in the discussion thread with a paperclip next to the title.
