Counseling Appointments

All EOPS/CARE students will be required to meet with a counselor to create and update their student education plan each semester.

How to prepare for the counseling appointment:
1. Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time as a courtesy to the counselor.
2. Print out the Counseling Questionnaire and fill it out completely prior to your appointment.
3. Log in to your My Canyons account and print your Program Evaluation. You may use the computer lab in the EOPS/CARE office to print out your program evaluation, but please allow plenty of time before your appointment.

To schedule a counseling appointment, please contact the EOPS/CARE office at (661) 362-3279
