SNAC Healthier Bake Sales
Support SNAC by buying a treat made with less saturated fat and more nutrient-dense ingredients (i.e. whole grains, legumes, fruits, vegetables, and nuts/seeds).  Vegan and gluten free choices always offered too!
  • ​Fall 2017:  September 11th (Seco Alcove)
  • All sales begin at 11 a.m. and end by 2 p.m.
  • All items cost $1 each.

 
SNAC Hikes
Join SNAC, Hands on Earth, & Geolo​gy Clubs for our monthly hiking adventures!  It's a fun way to be physically active, while reducing stress, learning about the environment, and making new friends.  
NOTE:  All hikers must complete a waiver and return to one of the following faculty advisors: SNAC Sheri Barke, Hands on Earth Jeannie Chari, or Geology Jason Burgdorfer (Faculty Mailboxes in Canyons Hall MailRoom).

Learn how to make delicious healthy meals and snacks with little time and money!  Lots of food samples included.  Cost is $3 for students/$5 for staff per workshop.  To reserve your spot, contact SNAC student rhiannaboggs@gmail.com.

SNAC Body-Mind Wellness Seminars & Events
Every semester, SNAC hosts seminars featuring experts in the fields of nutrition, fitness, stress management, and body image as part of the college's Body Mind Wellness Seminar Series.  These seminars are FREE and open to the public.  Professional development credit is available to COC faculty who attend.

SNAC Business Meetings
SNAC members meet every other Friday, 9-10 a.m. for business/program planning purposes.  Anyone who is not an "official SNAC member," but who is interested in learning more about SNAC or in helping with SNAC activities, is welcome to attend SNAC meetings.
