Scholarship Opportunities

Alpha Nu Xi Chapter is Awarding 5, $250 Scholarships to Members

The scholarship award must be used for textbooks and any other materials you need to continue your education. Active members are encouraged to participate by sending an email to Dr. Golbert with a personal statement reflecting any hardships you may have. Make sure you add your Phi Theta Kappa id #. Scholarships will be awarded at our last general meeting on December 4, 2012.

Wilmington College of Ohio will guarantee:

$14,000 per year

to all students in your chapter with a 3.5 GPA or higher and PTK status. This scholarship is the equivalent of over 50% off the cost of tuition and makes a private education at our respected small liberal arts college much more affordable.  There is no separate application--interested students can just submit the application for admission, which is free.  Students who choose to join our community will enjoy the highest level of personal attention from faculty and staff, since we have only 1100 undergraduates.  We are located between Cincinnati and Columbus in a charming and safe college town.

20th Annual Phi Theta Kappa
Scholarship Competition

Up to five scholarship recipients, chosen from among students nominated by Phi Theta Kappa chapter advisors nationwide, will each receive a renewable, half-tuition scholarship award from Boston University.
