How can I join AGS?

If you are interested in joining AGS, please pick up an application outside of Mentry Hall, 218. All applications are located in within the bookcase directly across from the office. You will need to complete the application, include a copy of your transcripts, and a check for 75.00 made payable to "COC ASG." Cash or other forms of payment will not be accepted. Please turn the application into either Tammy Mahan or Mehgen Andrade's mailbox in the Switchboard, Building "A."

Please begin attending meetings right away. Once your application is processed, you will be added to our Blackboard system and will begin receiving updates regarding fundraising activities and upcoming community service events

Eligibility Requirements:  Initial Membership

A person may attain initial membership by completing 12 semester or 18 quarter units in a maximum of 3 semesters or 5 quarters at any recognized institution of higher education and having a cumulative grade point average (G.P.A.) of at least 3.25 and if a person is graduating the same semester he/she joins, the minimum G.P.A. is 3.50. No units acquired more than two years prior to application for initial membership shall be used prohibitively.
