HOW TO SUBMIT A WORK ORDER
You can submit a work order to Computer Support Services or Audio Visual by sending an email to helpdesk@canyons.edu.
 
HOW TO REVIEW THE STATUS OF YOUR WORK ORDER
You can submit review the status of your work order through TrackIT!, our Online Work Order System.  Access is currently restricted to on campus computers only.

Once you run the downloaded application, you will need to provide the technician with the 9 digit ID number.
