Projects will be considered complete and the faculty stipend will be awarded when CAP Committee reviews and approves your CAP Report. 11. Am I permitted to modify my CAP during the semester?

Yes, as long as the modifications are relatively minor and do not affect the scope of the original proposal (number of students/courses involved, number of days/weeks involved, depth/ breadth/ complexity of proposal). Remember, the level of faculty stipend was determined by your original proposal. Before making significant modifications to your CAP, you must submit an amended proposal to the Title III CAP Committee for approval.

12. What if I am unable to complete my CAP within my proposed timeline?
