Ms. Linda Baldwin

Ms. Baldwin has been employed at Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. SAC) since 2001 as its director of fiscal services and has recently been appointed associate vice president, fiscal services. She oversees all fiscal services operations, which includes the bursar’s office, purchasing, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, budget, audit, and categorical programs. Prior to serving at Mt. SAC, she was employed at North Orange County Community College District for 17 years as director of Human Resources, district coordinator of fiscal affairs, payroll manager, and accounting and payroll technician. She also worked eight years for the Orange County Department of Education. She has more than 30 years of experience in education. She received her M.A. in human resources management and her B.A. in business administration from National University.
