A contemporary play about escape, re-invention and the American dream, subUrbia tells the story of the nighttime activities of a group of aimless 20-somethings still living in their suburban New Jersey hometown. A reunion with a former high school classmate who has become a successful musician brings to the surface the lies and excuses his friends use to remain stuck in their meaningless dead-end hometown existences.
This production contains profanity and adult situations and is recommended for mature audiences only. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the theater.
