Are you hungry for creative cuisine served by enthusiastic students in an inspiring setting? Then bring your appetite to the College of the Canyons Institute for Culinary Education (iCuE).
Starting March 3, the culinary institute reopens for the spring semester edition of its Thursday luncheons.
Under the supervision of faculty member Chef Daniel Otto, students will prepare and serve a prix fixe menu in the institute’s unique glass-walled dining room. Seating is available from 11 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31.
Reservations can be made by following the link below. Please note any food allergies, and the institute will do its best to make reasonable accommodations. A reservation offers you the first available table upon arrival for the size of your party.
Cost for lunch is $20 per person. Tipping is not necessary; however, cash tips are applied toward an end-of-semester educational celebration for the students. Only Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards are accepted.
Staff will confirm reservations, and send directions and parking permits the day before your reservation date via email.
