Refund on Cancelled Classes
If a class is canceled, students are entitled to a refund of all fees associated with the class. If this is the only class for which a student is enrolled, all fees, including term-based fees are eligible to be refunded.
In order to be eligible for a refund on a parking pass, a request must be made and the parking pass must be returned to the Student Business Office prior to the established refund deadline date for semester length classes. Please refer to the class schedule for refund deadline dates.
To receive the refund, a request must be made at the Student Business office prior to the end of the semester/term in which the canceled class occurred. Refunds may be requested online by logging into My Canyons and going to Online Refund Request or in person at the Student Business Office.
