Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, a student must drop their class and request a refund at the Student Business Office prior to the refund deadline. Refund Deadline Dates are printed on the Student Billing / Registration Statement. These statements are available through My Canyons or a copy can be requested in person with a photo id.

All credit balances/refunds not applied for by the refund deadline date will be lost. Credit balances/refunds cannot be transferred to the next semester/term.
