Campus Event Registration
All campus clubs, student government, and any other campus entity that would like to hold an event on campus need to register their event with the Office of Student Development 2-3 weeks prior to their event. In order to register an event or activity, the forms below need to be completed along with appropriate signatures and submitted to the Office of Student Development (STCN-102)
If any food items are to be prepared on-campus or fully prepared by an outside vendor (pizza, Jamba Juice, etc.), the food permit must be submitted no less than 2 weeks before the event. This includes outside caterers, all barbeques, nachos, all raw foods, etc.
