Campus Event Registration
All campus clubs, student government, and any other campus entity that would like to hold an event on campus need to register their event with the Office of Student Development at least 2 weeks prior to their event. In order to register an event or activity, the forms below need to be completed along with appropriate signatures and submitted to the Office of Student Development (STCN-102)
Event/Program Registration Request Form
- reserves space on campus, gets you on the Student Development Events Calendar and also submits a food permit form.
This form is your "one-stop-shop" for everything that is required in order to host an event on campus. This form must be completed AT LEAST TWO WEEKS in advance of your desired event date. Forms submitted less than two weeks before the anticipated event date will not be accepted. If you have questions or concerns regarding your event/program registration please contact Jess Love at email@example.com. Once your form has been processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Office of Student Development.
If any food items are to be prepared on-campus or fully prepared by an outside vendor (pizza, Jamba Juice, etc.), the food permit must be submitted no less than 2 weeks before the event. This includes outside caterers, all barbeques, nachos, all raw foods, etc.
