I.C.C. Incentive Points Program



The Inter Club Council Incentive Points Program awards points to clubs and organizations for activities and events that they coordinate and/or participate in. Clubs may earn rewards depending on the number of points they have earned. 

How Clubs Can Earn Points

1. Turn in minutes from club meetings to ASG Vice President, Inter Club Council.

2. Write an article for the Paw Print on behalf of your club

3. Have a club website that is updated at least once per month

5 Points

4. Attend an I.C.C. meeting

10 Points

5. Attend any I.C.C. sponsored workshop

10 Points

6. Attend a workshop, conference, convention, off-campus event, etc. that    is relevant to the purpose of the club or organization & submit verifying documentation to ASG Vice President, Inter Club Council.

​7. Participate at a College-sponsored event and submit verifying documentation to I.C.C. Advisor. Participate at a College-sponsored event and submit verifying documentation to I.C.C. Advisor

8. Sponsor own club event  or co-sponsor an event with another club or          campus department & submit event flyer to ASG Vice President, Inter Club Council.

10. Participate at an ASG sponsored event

****If a club is placed on probation they will not receive any points during probation.***

Your club is eligible to apply for matching funds (club must first fundraise in order to apply)

100 points or more earned at the Canyon Country Campus - may use points from up to one mandatory Canyon Country Campus event.

Your club will be entered into a drawing to win $150.00.
150 points or more
(Each semester)
Your club will be entered into a drawing to win $125 at the end of each semester.
200 points or more
(Each semester)
You club will be entered into a drawing to win $300 at the end of each semester
400 points or more
(Over the course of
2 semesters)
Your club is eligible to apply for grant (Over the course of 2 semesters) money.

• Sponsor Club Event/Co-Sponsor event 
o E-mail a summary of the event and what went well and what you would improve on if you hosted/cohosted this event again and send it to Sean Romo at 
asg_vpicc@Canyons.edu
 
Points we keep track of:
ICC Meeting Attendance
o At each meeting attendance is taken – if your ICC Rep is there you get points
 
ICC Sponsored Work Shop
o At each work shop club attendance is taken – if you signed in you get points
 
• Participate at an ASG Sponsored Event 
o At each event club attendance is taken – if you singed in you get points
 
• Participate at an ICC Sponsored Event
o At each event club attendance is taken – if you singed in you get points
