Online Housing Board
College of the Canyons is a community college serving primarily the students who live within the Santa Clarita Community College District. The College provides no campus housing.
As a service to those students living away from home, the Office of Student Development maintains an online board on which landloards may post notices of available housing options. However, the College assumes no responsibility for inspecting or supervising such housing facilities, or for mediating disputes arising between landlords and tenants.
Any student using the Housing Board is strongly encouraged to devote their time and resources to research, remain diligent, and visit the housing site before signing any documents or sending money to help protect themselves from potential scams.
Landlords wishing to have their housing facilities listed must indicate that in offering student housing, they do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, age, gender or sexual orientation.
Currently, the College of the Canyons Housing Board page is unsecured and allows access to anyone - student and non-students - to view the listings. When it comes to personal information, please only post that which you are comfortable sharing on the internet.
Length of Postings:
Listings will be removed 3 months after approved and posted. You may repost your listing if additional time is needed. If you would like to remove your post from the Housing Board, please make the request to Robin herndon (firstname.lastname@example.org). The Office of Student Development allows one posting per rental. Any duplicate listings will be removed. The Office of Student Development also reserves the right to take down any listing at any time.
