I.C.C. Workshops
The Inter Club Council offers workshops throughout the year that
focus on assisting clubs with becoming more successful. Examples of
workshops topics include: event planning, fundraising, publicity,
member recruitment, and delegation. The workshops are interactive
and encourage club members to share ideas and discuss any issues

Clubs & Organizations Rechartering Program
At the beginning of each Fall semester, each club and organization
is required to attend the Clubs & Organizations Rechartering
Program. During the Clubs & Organizations Rechartering Program,
information regarding the various clubs and organizations policies
and procedures is covered during this session. Clubs that fail to
attend the Rechartering Program may not resume active status. Any
club that wishes to become active again must wait a year and go
through the steps to charter their club as if it were a new club.
Officer Roundtable
The Inter Club Council coordinates an Officer Roundtable each
semester. The purpose of the Officer Roundtable is to provide an
opportunity to provide additional training for officers to help
equip them with tools so that they can become more effective leaders
within their organization. The Officer Roundtable also allows
officers to share ideas with other officers and discuss any issues
that may be occurring within their organization. .
Advisor Roundtable
An Advisor Roundtable is held once per semester. The Advisor
Roundtable serves as a platform for discussion between advisors
about any key club topic that may be happening within their
organization. The Advisor Roundtable also serves as an opportunity
to discuss what the role of the advisor is as well as what the role
and expectations of the Inter Club Council is.
Advisor of the Month Award
The Inter Club Council coordinates a monthly award for advisors as a
way to recognize outstanding club advisors. Advisors are nominated
at an Inter Club Council meeting and then voted on by the
representatives present at the meeting. The recipient of this award
is then presented a certificate and a display is created inside the
Student Center to honor the advisor.
Club Rush/Back to School Bash
At the beginning of each semester, the Inter Club Council, in
conjunction with the Associated Student Government, sponsors the
Club Rush/Back to School Bash. Club Rush/Back to School Bash serves
as an opportunity for students to find out more the clubs and
organizations on campus and how to join.
I.C.C. Breakfast Bash
The Inter Club Council coordinates the I.C.C. Breakfast Bash during
each semester. All clubs are asked to participate and provide
breakfast food to students. This event provides students an
opportunity to find out more about each club on campus and also
information about how to join while enjoying a free breakfast.
I.C.C. Showcase
The I.C.C. hosts a Showcase event at the end of each semester to
allow the clubs to display the accomplishments they have achieved
over the semester as a way for students to learn more about the
clubs on campus. This also provides an opportunity for clubs to
recruit potential members for the next semester.
Clubs & Organizations Social
As a way to recognize clubs and organizations for all of their hard
work during the semester, the I.C.C. hosts the Clubs & Organizations
Social at the end of the Fall Semester. Silly awards, activities,
and a free lunch are provided to each club.
