The Housing Board allows community members to post house (s), apartment (s) or room (s) for rent online.

Length of postings:

Listing will be removed 3 months after approved and posted.  You may repost your listing if additional time is needed. If you would like to remove your post from the housing board, please make the request to Robin Herndon. (robin.herndon@canyons.edu)

Landlords wishing to have their housing facilities listed must indicate that they, in offering student housing, do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation and national origin.

One Posting Per Rental. Duplicate Listings Will Be Removed.

Currently, the College of the Canyons Housing page is unsecured and allows access to anyone - student and non-student - to view the listings. When it comes to personal information, please only post that which you are comfortable sharing on the internet.
