There is also an unfurnished spacious nook on the same level as the kitchen, perfect for an office/work area! There is also plenty of additional storage space in the garage. Parking is provided in the attached garage. All utilities are included, but I do ask that electricity use be reasonable (don't leave TV and AC on when you aren't home, for example). Utilities included are: gas, water, electricity, AT&T U-Verse TV and WiFi - U400 and DSL Elite. Please contact me via email or phone and we can setup an in-person viewing and complete the rental application. My lease terms are flexible but I would like to have someone that is planning to stay there for at least 6-12 months. I do charge an application fee of $20 to cover a basic credit check.
