Students must have a sincere desire to improve their grades and be willing to work hard
Students must be willing to stay in Upward Bound through high school graduation

The College of the Canyons Upward Bound Program is funded from 2012-2017 entirely from the U.S. Department of Education in the amount of $250,000 annually.
