Certified Food Manager: This course will meet the state requirement to become certified or recertified as a licensed food manager.
Healthcare Fire & Safety is designed for healthcare staff who may be confronted with an unexpected emergency involving environments found in major hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, retirement homes, and clinics. Students successfully completing this one day course will be issued a Fire & Safety card which is valid for 4 years and meets requirements of the Los Angeles City Fire Department's Hospital Fire and Life Safety Program.
