| Jill Chadroff is a
choreographer, performer and dance historian. Many years of
intensive training during her youth, and at UC Riverside was the
base, and all that followed has been the shaping and building of a
career influenced by many extraordinary people. She received her
M.A. in Dance History from York University in Toronto, Canada, and
since then has been focusing her research on the theory and practice
o early eighteenth-century French court and theater dances. Aside
from her work as an independent artist, she has danced
professionally with Susan Rose and the Dancers, and is
currently a member of Les Menus Plaisirs, a Baroque Dance
Troupe directed by Linda J. Tomko. Jill has been on the dance
faculty of Moorpark College since 2001, and recently began teaching
at College of the Canyons. |
