All  Health Science 151- EMT students are required to have a physical, immunizations and titers (blood tests). Please read the instructions carefully. Titers must be drawn and documented. It is not enough to document "had disease." The COC Student Health Center has the ability to give immunizations, TB tests and draw the blood titers. The Health Center will also make referrals for low cost physicals. You must make an appointment with the COC Health Center.  661-362-3259.Please do not start this process until you have registered and paid for the EMT class. The physical and TB form is found below.  This is not required for the Health Science 046 class.
