Approximately $14,000-$30,000. In some instances, salary may be as high as $80,000 due to commissions and sales ability.
Self employed decorators can earn far more depending on the number of clients they have at any given time
Many students’ complete this certificate, begin working in the design industry, and continue to take other classes part-time. Often they plan to earn an AS Degree in interior Design or transfer to a university to earn a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design. In the meanwhile, they earn the 23-unit certificate, which enables them to gain employment in design and work in their chosen trade.
