Welding Technology at College of the Canyons is a career technical education  program which provides workforce training to prepare individuals for entry into welding and metal fabrication related fields. The program curriculum aligns with the AWS SENSE program and can often be completed in less than 18-months. Upon completion of the program, students are well-prepared to enter to the workforce.

College of the Canyons is a regional partner under the NSF funded project named Weld-Ed. Weld-Ed strives to improve the quality of education and training services to address the hiring and professional development needs of the welding industry.
