ID 207 Residential Design - sampling of student projects
Student Gallery

Students must complete ID 110 as a prerequisite to this course.  Students' address residential design from a very structured and logical approach called programming.  Students learn about life cycles, room relationships, furniture placement, circulation paths and allowances and theme design.  Students typically work with "real" clients from the college or community or both.  This provides an early experience working with clients.  The following samples represent renovations to existing homes in the Santa Clarita Valley.  They are entire home renovations for one and/or two story homes.
