Sociology Club Mission Statement

The College of the Canyons Sociology club, which welcomes students from any major, provides opportunities for social networking in the sociological community, opportunities for members to become acquainted with professional sociologists, and opportunities for students to learn more about the field of sociology and related careers. The Sociology Club accomplishes these goals by holding club meetings, sponsoring on-campus and off-campus events and field trips, and by supporting its members in participation at sociological conferences and meetings.
