Secret code (enter a code up to 10 characters consisting of any key on your keyboard to use to check your grade throughout the semester, do not use any part of your name, email address, student id, or social security number)

I acknowledge that I am responsible for asking for clarification about assignments, exams, and due dates.

I promise to turn off (not place on vibrate) my cell phone/pager before I enter the classroom so that I will not disturb other students. I will not leave class to answer or make calls. If I have an anticipated emergency that necessitates use of my phone/pager, I will inform Professor Pulliam prior to class.

I am in college because I want to learn. I will conduct myself in a manner consistent with my status as a college student. I am in charge of my learning experience and understand that I can get no more out of it than I am willing to put in.

I understand that Professor Pulliam’s promise to me is that she will do her best to facilitate my learning experience. She will be available to me in person, by email, or by phone.
