Biotechnology Winter Workshop

College of the Canyons sponsors a Winter Biotechnology Training Workshop for local high school students.
Students get:

Hands on training in a range of biotechnology related lab exercises.

Conduct the lab AND the technical preparation behind the execution of these sophisticated labs.

Become eligible for Technician Training classes at their respective high schools and can earn up to 5 UNITS working with a science faculty member at their high school.

High school faculty can bring all of these science modules into their classroom for free.  To date, over 55,000 labs have been accommodated since 1999.

Sadly, the workshops are not currently being offered.
