Federal regulations require that any school with a Cohort Default Rate above 10%. *Must make two disbursements of a loan that is certified or originated for a single term. The second disbursement may not be paid until the calendar midpoint of the term. **Must delay the initial loan disbursement to all First Year/First Time borrowers by 30 days from the start of the semester. Disbursement loan check(s) for First Year/First Time borrowers will be mailed on March 16, 2010. |

Student Loan checks are issued approximately 2 weeks after the loan application process is complete. Note: The above dates indicate approximately when loan checks will be mailed out. Returned unclaimed checks left beyond 25 days will be automatically returned to your lender. In the event that you are enrolled in fewer than 6 units (half-time) when your loan check arrives, we will notify you that you are no longer eligible for the check and make necessary arrangements to return your check to your lender. |
