Student Involvement Coordinators
President
The
President shall serve as Chief Executive Officer and official
representative of the Associated Student Government. The
President shall also be responsible for all advocacy and legislative
issues at the statewide level.

Executive Vice President
The
Executive Vice President shall assume the duties of the President
during the President's absence, if vacated, or at the direction of
the President. He/she shall also be responsible for all
financial matters of the Associated Student Government.

Student Trustee
The Student
Trustee shall represent the Association at all Santa Clarita
Community College District Board meetings. He/she shall also
be responsible for advocacy and legislative issues at the state
level. He/she shall also be responsible for representing the
Association at the Academic Senate.

Vice
President of Activities
The Vice
President of Activities shall be the non-voting Chair of the
Activities Board. He/she shall direct the activities of the
Association.

Vice
President of the Inter Club Council
The Vice
President of the Inter Club Council shall chair the Inter Club
Council meetings. He/she shall update the Executive Board
regarding the activities of the Inter Club Council.

Canyon
Country Educational Center Representative
The Canyon
Country Educational Center Representative shall represent the
students who attend the Canyon Country Country Educational Center.
He/she shall work with the Student Involvement Coordinators to plan
events at the Canyon Country Educational Center.

Officer
of Marketing and Information
The Officer of Marketing and
Information shall be responsible for publicizing the activities and
actions of the Executive Board. He/she shall also be
responsible for producing a monthly student publication with content
provided by members of the Associated Student Government.

Public
Affairs Officer
The Public
Affairs Officer shall be responsible for publicizing the events
planned by the Activities Board, as well as coordinating the
Activities Board contributions to the Associated Student
Government's monthly student publication.

Student
Involvement Coordinators
The four
(4) Student Involvement Coordinators shall be responsible for
the planning and execution of events for the general student
population. Also, the Student Involvement Coordinators
shall plan an event to recognize faculty and a student
recognition event. They shall also work with the Canyon
Country Educational Center Representative to plan events to be
held at the Canyon Country Educational Center.
