Enrollment Verifications

College of the Canyons has partnered with and authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verifications.  Enrollment verifications are available for students at no cost through the National Student Clearinghouse online self-service product.

Using Student Self-Service, students may print enrollment verification certificates, view their enrollment history, and view real time student loan information including deferments.  To access Student Self-Service and obtain an enrollment verification, log in to My Canyons and click on Enrollment Verification under the Student Services menu.

Employers and entities acting on behalf of the student to obtain a degree or enrollment verification for employment purposes, etc., must request a verification through www.nationalstudentclearinghouse.org and will be required to pay a nominal fee.

Continuing Education (non credit) enrollment verifications must be requested at the Continuing Education office on the Valencia campus, room V-110.

• Log on to My Canyons to request an enrollment verification.

• Request your verification at the Admissions & Records counter during normal business hours.
