Transcript Evaluation

You can have your transcripts from other colleges evaluated to determine what courses will transfer to our college.

Please visit the Admissions and Records office or the Counseling Office at the Valencia or Canyon Country Campuses to request and submit a Transcript Evaluation form.

Please have a copy of your official transcripts with you to be evaluated. For more specific questions regarding transcript evaluation, please schedule and appointment with a counselor after you have had your transcripts evaluated.

Unofficial transcripts are free and can be printed from your printer. You have the option to view it on your screen or have it emailed to you. You will need a user name and password to use this option. If you do not have a user name and password, you can create one under Student Profile. If you decide to come on campus to request an unofficial transcript a picture ID will be required.
