Assignment #3 - Student Survey
Learning Outcome: By completing this assignment, the student/employee will evaluate the CWEE program and provide feedback to help with continual improvement of the program and address the rapidly changing needs of students.
The Cooperative Work Experience Education (CWEE) Student Survey is to be completed by the student online. This is a mandatory course requirement for all students enrolled in a CWEE course at College of the Canyons. Your responses will be completely confidential. The survey will not be available to students until after the Faculty Advisor meeting deadline.
To receive credit for this assignment, you must complete all of the following steps:
1. Visit
www.canyons.edu/offices/instdev/cwee/student.asp
2. Log in using your student ID number and complete the survey.
3. Save an electronic copy of the confirmation page for your records.
4. Print the confirmation page.
CAUTION:
DO NOT USE cell phones or other e-mail devices if you cannot print from
them.
5. You MUST include the following on the confirmation page:
- Your name
- Date
- Assignment #
Failure to complete the survey and return the confirmation page to the CWEE office will result in NO POINTS FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT.
