Internship Description
Intern will manage all technical support for a Supermarket Chain, which was established more than 60 years ago. The supermarket is well known for its exemplary customer service. Intern will train employees and will remotely assist employees with troubleshooting.
Internship Qualifications
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent required.
Intern must have basic Microsoft office background.
ex: Word, Excel, Outlook
Intern must have experience tutoring.
Must have keyboard skills.
Intern must be: bilingual (English-Spanish), great customer service skills, comfortable training others,problem analysis and problem-solving, attention to detail and accuracy
