Internship Description
We are seeking a College Intern to work with a fast growing Internet On-line Retailer in our Customer Support department. The Intern will learn how to handle complaints, answer email and phone support.

Internship Qualifications
- Be enrolled as a student at an accredited college
or university
- Current student in web site development.
- Have a GPA of 2.5 or better
- Receive class credit for the Internship experience
- Be able to work up to 20 hours per week,
- Posses strong computer skills, as well as be Internet savvy
- Intern must have basic Microsoft office background.
ex: Word, Outlook
- Ability to meet deadlines while working both independently
and as part of a team
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good phone techniques
- Driven, self starter and results oriented
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Selected intern must enroll in Cooperative Work Experience Education before starting the internship.
