Shelter In Place:

• Stay in the building. Follow instructions of emergency messaging and staff.
• Lock/Barricade all windows and doors.
• Shut the blinds and cover any windows including door windows.
• Move to an interior room or building space away from as many windows as possible. It may be necessary to move to a higher or lower floor or into a hallway.
• Turn all devices to the silent mode.
• Turn off the lights so it appears the room or building is not being used.
• Remain quiet.
• Remain in the shelter until emergency personnel notify you that it's safe to leave. Do not contact parents or friends to come to campus to pick you up until you are told it is safe to do so.
