MEMOS OF UNDERSTANDING/MASTER AGREEMENTS

The Board of Trustees, at their option, may enter into a Memo of Understanding and/or Master Agreement with a qualifying non-profit agency or group that provides for a mutually acceptable format as regards the terms and conditions pertaining to the joint use of facilities: those of the District and the requesting agency. In no instance shall the terms of the proposed Agreement (s) require less than the balance of these Administrative Procedures.
