Look for those educational institutions accredited by the Regional Institution Accrediting Agencies in this database to determine the colleges from which College of the Canyons will accept credit.  Note:  this credit must be at the lower division level.

Vet Centers (run by the Department of Veterans Affairs) provide readjustment counseling and outreach services to all vets who served in any combat zone.  This site lists all 232 Vet Centers and their contact info.

Includes information about health, employment, education and community resources.  It also provides a unique support network that empowers veterans to connect to one another.

A Resource of International Students An educational guide for international students who may access information from their native countries about universities, colleges and intensive English programs in the US. Students can search for institutions alphabetically or geographically. Many California Community Colleges and Cal State Universities are listed in the database. Also included is a Resource Guide in English and Spanish and a feature called Ask the Advisor.

Foreign Transcript Evaluation:

Students who have attended institutions of higher learning outside the United States can obtain a detailed/comprehensive evaluation report form any member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) .
