Access America for Students

  • Access America for Students is the U.S. Department of Education's general access website for students.  It provides information about planning for college, paying for college and many additional resources and links.

California Student Aid Commission

  • The California Student Aid Commission's website can help you figure out what college really costs, and what you can afford. They offer expert advice, information, and interactive tools to help you navigate the financial aid maze and figure out how to pay the bill.

Think College Early

  • Think College Early  will tell you about saving money for college because the sooner you begin, the more money you will have when you need it.

College Board

  • The College Board provides expert advice, information, and interactive tools to help you navigate the financial aid maze and figure out how to pay the bill.  

  • Many of the member colleges, universities, graduate and professional schools, and scholarship programs use the information collected on PROFILE to help them award nonfederal student aid funds.   

National Student Loan Database System

  • You can use the National Student Loan Database System website to make inquiries about your Title IV loans and/or grants.  This site displays information on loan and/or grant amounts, outstanding balances, loan statuses, and disbursements.     

Cash for College

  • Cash for College is loaded with information about student financial aid.   

FinAid

  • FinAid's custom calculators can help you figure out how much school will cost, how much you need to save and how much aid you'll need.

Selective Service System

  • If you're a male U.S. citizen, age 18 through 25 and applying for federal student financial aid, you must be registered with the U. S. Selective Service System.
