Provides a family of online, interactive self-help programs and moderated discussion board for people suffering from depression, stress, eating disorders, and a range of other mental health problems. MySelfHelp.com is staffed by a team of highly experienced and reputable healthcare professionals and other experts who are devoted to helping people improve the quality of their lives. MySelfHelp.com is funded in part through a series of Small Business Innovative Research Grants from the National Institute of Mental Health, National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services.

Steps is a quarterly online magazine publication for individuals recovering from eating disorders or body dissatisfaction. The web site was founded in 2006 to provide a nurturing environment for self-acceptance and inspiration and to share the joys of recovery with others who have suffered or are suffering from body dissatisfaction and eating disorders of all kinds. The goal of the magazine is to provide content that will enrich people's lives, allow them to find new things to enjoy—and in turn, learn to enjoy themselves.
